Payment Options
International Shipping
Payment is made in South African Rand. We use trusted couriers to ship artwork to any destination in the world where it is allowed.
Appointments
Customer appointments are arranged when it best suits them. We realise that most clients work during the day and therefore arrange viewing appointments after 6 PM in the evening. It is not uncommon for us to arrange appointments as late as 8 PM.
We are flexible enough to work around your schedule.
How long does it take to get an appointment?
When you contact us, we agree on a date and time that will suit you. It could even be on the very same day!
What is the duration of an appointment?
This depends on the client and whether we need to hang the paintings. We normally allow 1½ hours but if you need more time, we are not really limited.
Will you travel to small towns or farms?
Yes. No place is too far off. As long as it is a safe environment, we will meet you there. Art-e-Motion is just a phone call away.
Is it possible to paint something of myself, my family or just the children?
We make use of the artists who are good in painting faces or self-study portraits. We give you an example of the artist’s work and you choose which artist’s style you prefer. A 50% deposit is required for commission work done by the artist.
In what sizes are the paintings?
We are able to commission work in almost any size, depending on the artist.
What happens to my old paintings?
Old paintings, especially the ones that have sentimental value to you, always looks brand new and beautiful once we put a new frame on it.
Do you do framing?
Yes. We consider both the latest trends and your personal taste when we give you suggestions on which frames will be best. We have a large variety frames available.
Can you make different types of mirrors?
Yes, mirrors always look beautiful in bathrooms, entrance halls and in small rooms. Our decor mirror range has a wide variety of frames to choose from.
Do you stock various genres?
Yes we stock Wildlife, Landscapes, Figures, Still Life and Modern Art. It is done in Oil, Acrylic, Pastels and Mix Mediums depending in which medium the artist prefers to work with.
